  2. Due to seasonal, market, and regional availability in Hong Kong, certain flowers or materials may not be available at all times.
    HOHOHOHANA.FLORIST reserves the right to substitute flowers with similar style, colour, and quality, of equal or higher value, without prior notice.

  3. Full payment is required upon order confirmation. Orders will only be processed after payment is successfully received.

  4. All orders are non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once confirmed.

  5. Customers are advised to place orders at least 7–10 days in advance. Urgent or last-minute orders are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

  6. Delivery time slots are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  7. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  8. Additional charges may apply for redelivery due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or restricted access locations.

  9. If a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory:

  10. All scheduled deliveries and services will be cancelled automatically.

  11. Payments made will not be refunded.

  12. If customers request to proceed with the service despite the weather warning, 50% or more of the total order value will be charged.

  13. HOHOHOHANA.FLORIST shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, traffic disruptions, supplier issues, government restrictions, or acts of God.

  14. During peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Lunar New Year, Christmas, and other festive seasons, flower availability, delivery times, and pricing may vary. No specific delivery time guarantees can be made during these periods.

  15. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the total amount paid for the order. We shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses. In the event of any dispute, HOHOHOHANA.FLORIST reserves the right of final decision.
